OBSIDIAN GLOBAL, LLC Appraised at CMMI Level 3

March 30, 2022, Washington, DC —  Obsidian Global has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services(CMMI-SVC)®. The appraisal was performed by SteelToad Consulting.

CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.  CMMI’s integrated set of best practices measures an organization's capability to efficiently and effectively deliver quality service offerings.  At level 3, Obsidian’s processes are well defined, understood and are described in standards, tools, processes and procedures.  Obsidian’s set of standard processes are established, reviewed and continuously improved over time.

In addition to CMMI-SVC 3 and CMMI-DEV 3, Obsidian also meets the standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 20000-1:2011 through certification.
