Obsidian Spotlight: Dave Ekberg

Dave was born and grew up in Dayton, Ohio.  He got married on June 14th, 1985 and has five kids and one granddaughter. He has been on the current project for over 35 years with 4 different contractors. After graduating in 1984, he went to a Technical School to get into computer programming.

1. What is your role at Obsidian? How long have you been here?

I work on the Stock Control System that Obsidian won.  I have only been with Obsidian about a year but have been on the project for 35+ Years.

2. What has been one of your proudest moments while working with Obsidian?

In the short time, one of my proudest moments is the transition from the old contractor to the new one and how seamless it was.

3. What is your favorite way to spend the weekend?

Spending time with my family and granddaughter.

4. Who inspires you?

I am inspired by my Family.
