By applying these processes throughout our organization, Obsidian has successfully met the standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 20000-1:2018 through certification, and appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Development and Services. Our investment in quality extends to software development, cybersecurity services, solutions architecture, and program management services to our government customers.
We ensure every program adheres to our delivery methodology and utilizes the applicable tools, best practices, process, and process assets. Our quality management team, corporate operations, and program management staff are committed to process-tailoring through SCRUM meetings and weekly action summaries to adapt the process and process assets (I.e. tool, template, checklist), during the award and transition-in phase.
