Contract Overview
SBEAS is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that serves as replacement vehicle for Application Solutions Small Business currently in use through the Network-Centric Solutions-2 IDIQ contract. The vehicle’s scope includes software development, cybersecurity, documentation operations, deployment, configuration management, business analysis for IT programs, training, technology refresh, information display services, commercial off-the-shelf product management and utilization and data and information services.

The SBEAS IDIQ contracts are the preferred source of obtaining IT application services and solutions for the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES). This contract vehicle is also available for use by all other Air Force MAJCOMs and other agencies that support an Air Force requirement.
